ace9094
Pointer file in CoinOPS/Roms....is there so mame can find it....the game itself is in CoinOPS/RomsN64.....this is the game its self.....if you want it to boot in 720p if the tv is capible you must a file of the same nameto CoinOPS/RomsN64HiDef this tells the program it is aloud to run in HiDef.... so CoinOPS/roms (is a 0 byte file called the lookup name.zip.....this adds the name to the CoinOPS list)CoinOPS/RomsN64 (this is the rom its self named the same as above but has the rom contents)CoinOPS/RomsN64HiDef (is a 0 byte file called lookup name.zip as per above and if this is there the rom can run in HD...if not it will be SD only...so by default all games run in SD unless this lookup is added...note N64_SuperMario64 is added to this folder by default to show you how it works....) so all games from the old packs will run at present in SD....except for N64_SuperMario64 as I added the hd enabler by default to CoinOPS/RomsN64HiDef so it will play as both...I need to know what games will work and what games will work if I add the HD enabler I have a large pack of working games...I just need to know if I should add the HD enablers to them.... BP this is genius... You are a genius, Cant wait to play Goldeneye and Pilot Wings in HD
tekken
Thanks BP I can play super mario world without any filtering. I really like pixel perfect for console. It is awesome! I appreciate you. Mostly pixel perfect (arcade) is very useful. but ahm.. some games must change setting because too much cropping. So I hope function to save setting each games individually or to add pixel perfect x1.5 ~ x1.7.Also GBA is small size using pixel perfect (console). maybe a little bit bigger than now is so cool, I think. Finally files is too much in "game info" directory. over 4096 files. So I can't upload 11 files. That is a fatx limited, I think. BritneysPAIRS
ok ill sort that in R3.....aspect correction is what you want and maybe filtering off.....I can actually do that....in R3 you will be able to disable enable or automatic filter for both arcades and consoles
tekken
Thank you so much BPThat's what I want. You are a gerat expert! And I like pixel perfect for another reason is very smooth frame rate.I don't know frame rate is the same aspect ratio, do just filtering off, as pixel perfect.(It is easy to see while scrolling to move next stage in "bubble bobble") Anyway, I am so happy to waiting R3.Have a good day! Sparda
@Cospefogo: i hope that you're still working on FBL pixel perfect, even if CoinOPS propose it now ^^
RedCapsMan
Hey, heres an odd request. Can we get pixel perfect settings for 4:3 480p? I'm using a vga monitor and its not widescreen. Pixel Perfect looks great on my HD tv, but not so much on a 4:3 vga monitor. The widescreen correction squishes the screen down in a rotated vertical screen. adamshumpisxxx
Hey, guys + BP! Long time lurker...first time poster. I was wondering if anyone else had any trouble FTPing the R2 Standalone update to their CoinOPS 2 folder? The Xbox seems to have a 4096 file limit per folder and the "CoinOPS 2\gameinfo\" directory now has 4,107 files in it after the update. Every combination of FTP program and dashboard are refusing the final 11 files which are as follows: zeropnta.inizeroteam.inizerotime.inizerozone.iniznpwfv.inizoar.inizodiack.inizookeep2.inizookeep3.inizoom909.inizzyzzyxxx.ini Is there a current work-around or will the R3 Update fix this? Thank you in advance for your answers!
