VT-Vincent Posted December 14, 2011 Posted December 14, 2011 I actually switched from Firefox to Chrome back when Firefox was on version 3.6.x. I used to like Firefox for it's web development plugins but a lot of those are on Chrome now so it's kind of a non-issue. The speed is definitely what made me switch, not just in loading web pages but just the responsiveness of the application. Chrome also has a better browser sync feature than FF.
Kloplop321 Posted December 15, 2011 Posted December 15, 2011 I've moved from Firefox to Chrome. The included developer tools are good, it loads everything fast, I don't need to reload the 80+ tabs that I usually close with, and its interface and imprint is low.
Shoma Posted April 26, 2012 Posted April 26, 2012 Chrome still uses quite a bit of process but since its these small pickets, everything works on the outside much faster.THat being said, i use chrome.
veristic Posted February 26, 2013 Posted February 26, 2013 Chrome is has multi-threading, not sure if Firefox has picked that up yet or not but it made me jump ship.
