They can close down any site, prevent advertising, punish ISPs as they see fit without cause, without a warrant. The excuse is that a site that is capable of copyright infringement can be closed. In reality, since any site can have an attachment, any site can be closed - even if there's no infringement. It's time to call out copyright for what it is - a moneymaking exercise that has no logical basis. It's only to keep the rich getting richer without having to lift a finger. For American citizens, there's no escape. However for other countries, they can cut ties with America, and instead make their own internets, with their own DNS servers, safely out of the clutching hands of the greedy corporations.
