emsley Posted June 3, 2012 Posted June 3, 2012 I had a few weeks off but im still sticking at it with stair case push ups and a large pole i use and slot it under my sisters pram, im quite buff at the moment. (im not kidding) I dont think ill ever be as toned as i was when i was younger but im in pretty neat shape.
