I'm setting this poll up to help people know which is the best emulator.

I've said it before, but I've always disliked NeoRageX

 

MAME rules all for earlier roms and I prefer Kawaks for the new stuff......And Nebula sucks arse!!

Winkawaks is THE best for Neogeo(and cps1/cps2). Neorage is good for old computers or computers with really low-end specs. Mame is alright, but can be a bit slow at times. I never really liked Nebula, it does kinda suck. Once again, Winkawaks is the best!

I find it odd that the best Neo Geo emulator isn't even on the list: FBA.

 

Being able to compile your own version of the fastest Neo Geo emulator makes it hands-down the winner. After downloading Samurai Showdown 5, it took me a mere 10 minutes to write a driver for it in FBA. No hacks, no patches, no searching for a bypass loader. Just clean FLAWLESS emulation of the game.

 

I've deleted my neoragex, nebula, and kawaks emmies. Don't need them anymore.

mame has dipswitches too. Actually, all of the emu's have dipswitches, every arcade has em.
