fumanchu
Although it may seem that the consoles are always the ones receiving homebrew hits, one has just arrived on the Nintendo Game Boy Advance - Waimanu: Grinding Blocks Adventure. Originally a Nintendo DS title, one homebrew developer has ported this addictive title back down to the powerful handheld for your enjoyment on the go.This ambitious project of crushing a Nintendo DS title into the handheld's very own predecessor comes via the original creators of Waimanu, the talented Italian based team, Disjointed Studios. Their recent efforts with Waimanu is their entry into the on-going homebrew development competition which is currently taking place over at Neo-Flash - somewhere we hope to soon see a plethora of new titles on classic systems. So what exactly is Waimanu: Grinding Blocks Adventure? Taking place on a single screen, our overly cute protagonist must take on the puzzle-come-arcade action by sliding blocks across the landscape - all in an attempt to squish enemies in the process. Simple, yet addictive and occasionally hair-tearingly-challenging.As of speaking you can now download a ROM of Waimanu for the Game Boy Advance (or for the Nintendo DS too if you'd prefer), one which can either be enjoyed via emulation or on a GBA flash cartridge.original source and download here.http://disjointedstudio.blogspot.co.at/2013/07/grinding-gba.html
