mameoxtras 1.2 update.

Here's a small update pack if anyone wants it basically i forgot to add support for BritneysPAIRS
updated snk.c driver this contains some coding work that allows Ikari Warriors and Guerrilla War
to be played using a joystick with no rotary controls it means you fire the way the charater
points without having to turn him all the time i think this also allows the same control method
in fighting soccer

look over the read me txt file which is included in the pack on how to install
updated source code is in there too
