Robert
It looked pretty straightforward to me. What issues did you have, because I'd like to see you doing some uploads.
Bambi
Mostly the sorting sections, and of course do I need the author's permission to post? I only ask cause I love PPSSPP and I want to upload the new version of it.
Robert
You don't need an author's permission. The large majority of authors welcome the most widespread availability of their emulators. If it's a problem, I'm sure they'll let us know! First thing, download the emulator from the official site, and rename it to include the version and bits (32 or 64). This is so users know what they are downloading. Now, go to Downloads, scroll down a bit to Highest Rated, and click on the PPSSPP version you wish to update.Scroll to the bottom and click on Upload new version. In Step 1, select and upload the new zipfile that you just obtained, click Attach File to actually get it to the server. You can leave the old version there if you wish; or you can move the mouse over it, and the option to delete appears on the right. Scroll down, and update- The file version- Change Log (or leave it blank if you have no changelog)- Official Release Date (note it's in American format - MM/DD/YYYY) Check your work, then click on Update Submission. And you're done. The only drawback doing it this way is it doesn't give you any credit, however the aim has been accomplished.

FYI - the system will credit you if you upload new emulators/apps!
