Some fixes to the GX core.. BRAM/SRAM issues and some weird typo in the CD handling code.

Genesis Plus GX v1.14b

* Fixed issue where SRAM and BRAM was saving but not loading properly in the GX core.

* Some weird typo in the updated CD handling code was causing some CD games not to run properly (only when .cue file selected?)
