MESSUI and MAMEUI 0.209

MESS, MESSUI and MAMEUI 0.209 are released.

Changes:

- 64-bit compiled with GCC 8.3, while 32-bit still compiled with 5.3 for XP compatibility.

- Preliminary support for jpg/jpeg files in MESSUI and MAMEUI.

- Fixed a bug in MESSUI/MAMEUI where 7z files of pictures would sometimes be ignored

- MESS / MESSUI: Slider positions will be saved

 

Notes for 32-bit versions:

- dc (Dreamcast) and clones - crash at start (works in official MAME due to their use of newer GCC)

- hapyfsh2, kof2002um, kof2002umj all crash at start because the roms are too big to fit in memory.
