i have kof2003, or i think i do, its not any of the other kof games but it says crouching tiger hidden dragon when it starts up

that is exactly what it says it is. its a hack of kof 2001 called Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon 2003

A preliminary dump of King of Fighters 2003 has been made by Billyjr, unless my sources are lying (and I don't think they do)... All good things come in due time.
