Changes:

- SW Items: Fixed rare bug where everything was there twice

- SW Items: Added support for compatibility filters

 

Notes for 32-bit versions:

- dc (Dreamcast) and clones - crash at start;

- hapyfsh2, kof2002um, kof2002umj all crash at start because the roms are too big to fit in memory.
