My SVC Neo Rage ! 1 11 1 !

Ok i got the ROM to fianly run in neo rage the graphics are fine and the gameplay is good!!

 

But the music and sound effects are fuked.

 

Well infact there are no sound effects as such just a whining noise like this...

 

Nuuuuuuuuuuuuuu nAAAAAAAAAAA [A LITTLE HIGHER NOW] NAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA. Nuuuuuuuuuuuuuu.

 

And it goes on like that.

 

So whats up then?

yikes! i wish i knew dude. neorage seems to always have stinky audio compared to the other emus. i suggest just turning the sound down and throwing on some good 'ol slipknot. what could be better?

There have been similar situations with other new roms. But we know that a majority of the time these sound glitches etc. will be fixed. Just be patient ppl..

My NeoRAGEx SVC works like a charm and has done so for quite a while now...

Seriously, having seen that this board houses so many n00bs to Neo-Geo emulation, you're free to ask me anything related to NeoRAGEx.

check your v and m roms as mine sounds ok

Are you using the EGCG NeoRAGEx H1?

Agozer To belive that gamecop and james are the only people to know anything about emaulting a neo geo is just trash talk.

I ahve never had to fix ROMs before i have always donwloaded a good set!

And i did once fix A rom it was rage of the dragons for Neo rage.

How can you be good at something you know nothing about!

nop, im using the neoragexp v0.8b, it plays the intro then hung up after i select a character... any comment on this?

are your v1 roms named like this

svc_v2.rom

svc_v3.rom

when the svc was released it had problems so it was never a good set .a site named neogeo tools had all the fixes but that site is gone it seems

Yes you are correct, we all must learn sometimes...But still judging for the multitudes of "how do I get this to work?" posts in the official SVC thread.

I'm not trash talking or putting down anyone, at least not on purpose.
