it would be useful to add among the options, the possibility to delete, with a single click, all the files related to a machine, from the .ini file, to .sta, .nv, etc. This would come in handy when you've gotten a little confused with the various settings and want to start over. What do you think about it?

I've been thinking about it, but that's all.

It's been added. You right-click on the game and choose "Delete game settings".

It will remove the ini, cfg, nvram and sta files.

It's not possible to delete diff files because those files only have the names of the chd, and there's no way to know what file goes with what game.
