Very much so. Nobody said anything in the 6 months after it was turned off, therefore I had to assume that noone used it.

The compile space has been taken over for a new development project - so MESS/MESSUI are gone, dead and buried.

You can use MAMEUI Classic - it's pretty much the same thing, just with all of MAME's games included.

Please don't stop it. A new version even every five months is OK.

Seconded. I always got MESS along with MAME because I had a machine which I used to emulate just console games, and I found it more convenient to use the same software list set I had instead of keeping multiple around. MAMEUI takes up way more space because it has all those extra arcade games, which I don't need. I beg of you, please continue it!

It's not messui, but if you're interested mess is compiled on emufrance in addition to mame (arcade part), for want of something better, you'll only get the console/computer part.
