Yes... and no.

I know the developer, he used to add all the new hacks to HBMAME, but then decided to leave and work on his own stuff. That's why not much happens in HBMAME now, because I don't really care that much about endless NeoGeo hacks.

His emulator was called PSMame, but I didn't know about this new one. He's always been obsessed with Metal Slug so the content of this new emulator is not surprising.

I wish him luck with it.
