  aa: fixed: "settings|graphics" submenu was handled incorrectly.
  debugger: "= <address>" for single-byte values now also shows the opcode.
  assembler: now accepts DA as a synonym for DAR (as used by the assembler
   used for the CD2650 8K BASIC source code).
  wa: cpu monitor: revised gadget layout slightly.
  cd2650: added knowledge about better dumps of 8K BASIC and its games.
