No, this is the fix for KOF 2000.

To fix the mixed up menu graphics in KOF 2001, go to this site :

By the entry for kof 2001, you'll see a link to "FIX FILE", download that and replace the original m1, p1, p2 with those. [not forgetting to allow for renaming etc. of course].

 

Et voila!
