KOF 2003 On KAWA-X

Okay, so the ROM is out, but won't run on anything but a hacked PC MAME. Let's use this topic to discuss getting KOF 2003 working on the Xbox...

simple renaming doesn't appear like it'll work :lol:

i tried renaming it to kof2k2's kawa se files.... stupid? probably...lol

PS: I'm an idiot and could be VERY wrong :angry:

Zurick, renaming has already been tried and it doesn't work. :angry: It just goes to the test set-up screen like SvC Chaos used to.

yea i noticed. i was thinking of joining the p1 and p2 though, and renaming it to sam sho 5's files, since they would then both have 8mb p1 files

kof just posted this on the KOF2k3 Board:

"on irc it is said that the p1 files for kawaks and neoragex are coming out in 48 hrs. Bosses can be used too!"

just wait for the proper p1, and then we'll see what game can be replaced for kof2k3 on kawa-hex

fbax would be easy for a complier but its got annoying bugs

I hope this gets figured out soon cuz I don't have a pad for my pc and my forearms are killing me. heheheh :angry:
