N3oGhost Posted February 10, 2004 Posted February 10, 2004 Im with James on this one.....KOf2k3 on DEV is not Kof2k3 on KAWAKS.......its still an exclusive emu rom just not mame........but in my eyes it might as well be a mame only version. I want this crap on xbox.
