you have to put 2 rings in the round parts and a long tube in the rectangular part of the box.

 

they're hidden in some stupid places. Basically think of a place where it could be hidden and just click randomly at that place until you find the right bit!

Sidenote: If you like games like this, but want a much larger detailed one, check out the MYST series of games, i dont know about that newest Online one, it looks poopie to me, The original MYST is what literally saved CD-ROM media from dying out because it sold so well awhile back (no joke)
