I THINK I FOUND A SITE THAT HAS KOF2003 FOR HACKED WINKAWAKS 1.48..so far i know that there is a version for winkawaks/dev but not sure if its the same as winkawaks 1.48 hack..here is the link (http://homepage20.seed.net.tw/web@1/relax09/roms.htm)..cant read chinese..ahh.

Just download the following:- KOF2003 P1, M1, S1NRX2003 Credit goes to NeoGamez for hooking these up... Enjoy....
