Agozer Posted February 23, 2004 Posted February 23, 2004 (edited) A MAMEdev has borken the encryption of some ZN games (Raystorm and NBA Jam Extreme to name a few). R. Belmont posted some stuff here, and you can find more info on The Guru's site. Edited February 23, 2004 by Agozer
random guy Posted February 24, 2004 Posted February 24, 2004 (edited) Excellent news! Actually, they have broken the encryption entirely, its just that the Guru (or someone) is going to have to dump the encryption tables for every single game now, or something like that. PS shouldnt this be in "breaking news"? It's important enough, I reckon! Edited February 24, 2004 by random guy

Agozer Posted February 25, 2004 Author Posted February 25, 2004 The Guru has updated his page with the Encryption chip dump status.
ForceX Posted February 26, 2004 Posted February 26, 2004 This is truly great news I personally cannot wait until ZN games run full speed in MAME
Agozer Posted February 26, 2004 Author Posted February 26, 2004 Personally, I can't wait for Raystorm.
