Just download the mame version and replace the s1,m1,p1 roms for the ones on neogamez, then run on the NeoRageX from the same site.

edit: Sorry, I remembered that emu-russia doesn't have the one for mame. Go to filemirrors and search for kof2003 instead.

Try NeoArcadiaX. I believe they have it along with an emulator for it.

Seems to be missing some speeches and stuff...maybe a nbew M1 will fix that. Already fixed the infinite time icon bug, though.
