PLasticSlug Posted March 7, 2004 Posted March 7, 2004 I spend too much time here, and my only problem is the font is way to small for me, maybe i need to get my eyes checked, but if i do this site is to blame,,,, a font of about this would really make a difference thanks , well actually thats way to big, but somthing between this size and the size at the top...is this somthing i can fix, here on the site with my own options??? ill check, thanks..

But I have nothing else to do during my breaks in school and when in the lab waiting for all my stuff to process. And when I'm not at school, I'm doing research or studying so I always leave this site, Slashdot, Reuters, and IMDB open just so I have an excuse to take a break. But yea, the fonts are kind of small but not painfully small.
Xeon Posted March 7, 2004 Posted March 7, 2004 maybe its your eyes or you can change the board skin to "SGOrange" (dont be misled by the name, it isnt all-orange as one may expect). makes thing a little more readable than usual (as the "cool" colors are reduced). the Default forum skin makes it kind of more readable but it doesnt show you the latest replied threads on the forum frontpage.

random guy Posted March 7, 2004 Posted March 7, 2004 You can change the font size of any font displayed in your explorer window. If you are using Internet Explorer, go to the toolbar ->tools --- internet options --- accessibiliy. then check the option called "ignore font sizes specified on wepages". Click on "apply" then (again in the toolbar) go to view --- font sizes and choose a new font size (from smallest to largest).

If you find anything in particular, send me a PM and I might just consider it. I'll look for some more soon, but it's always best to keep it limited since it's easier to update the forums with less skins on it.
