NEOGEO Fixed all the neogeo roms to match MAME romsets (Thanks to Wesker from Speksnk for the work). Fixed kof98 protection (delete old kof98.srm files fromyour config folder if you are still getting the red letters) GENERAL Added HQ2x plugin (includes src in plugins\hq2xsrc.zip) Not a very earth shattering update, but an update nonetheless.
