ken_cinder
For one, there are no Sega Saturn emulators for Dreamcast, and never will be.Not the same hardware, and not powerful enough to emulate a Saturn. Bin files come with Cue files secondly, and they can be burnt with practically any burning software that exists today. My suggestion? Just delete the thing, because a Saturn emu for Dreamcast doesn't and NEVER will exist. It's impossible.

Shibathedog
unless it just emulates some of the less technilogicaly advanced games like a bubble bobble port or something but even then its not worth it
