PLasticSlug Posted March 8, 2004 Share Posted March 8, 2004 After i reformatted my notebook, it new, and a dell, i noticed when im on the internet, the screen kind of flickers when i scroll down and up is really pisses me off. I thought it wold be under properties under advanced and monitor, but i cant change my refresh rate.... I believe that would be the problem, I dont know changing the refresh rate on my desktop to the lowest setting doesnt even make it that bad, i have tried everything, any suggestions would help thanks.
