The Bates Method

Anyone heard of this method used to improve your eyesight? Honestly, I can't really believe it, a way to improve vision without getting laser surgery or something.

 

Anyone know anything about this method? Its seems to be credible (right word right?), but I'm not sure... maybe I'll give it a go.

Well they do have books about it, and I think he was really rich, I'm not sure if he still lives. I wonder if it works, that would make life so much easier for many people. I think its an old method though. Anyone tried it before? I doubt it....
