A Quick Question About Zintrkcd

Hi all

 

I have downloaded zintrckb.zip but on 29/03/2004 zintrick rom released again its called zintrkcd.zip i downloaded it from emu-zone.org and the title is "New Zintrick CD to MVS conversion". They fixed some problems but i dont know which one to use. I also dont know which is better dump.

 

So could anyone tell me which of them is a better dump
