ok i got the gfx & the M1 rom and i'm still missing the 512k S1 and the 8MB P1

Those managers work with NeoRageX, just go to Logiqx's site and grab the dats for the old emulators. There should be a dat for the last official release. In fact, there are tons of dats for those rom managers, including Good set dats. I'm just looking to see what CRCs it expects for the hack roms (if it's from 4.4).

It's quite annoying how there are only rom managers for MAME.

That is not true. What about console roms?

As I said earlier, the rom managers work with other arcade emulators. In fact, ClrMamePro has dat creation support for other emulators such as Raine. Just go to Logiqx's site and you can grab several dats for both ClrMamePro and RomCenter.
