Anyone Know Of Any Good "hacked" Roms

I was wondering if anyone knew of a good place to find some homemade graphic hacked roms or roms with new features, i think you know what i mean. has some went through and changed the sprites(or tiles) in a kof game to make the characters that act like ryu look like ryu, or make joe look like bison, etc.

i've seen cthd and that's kinda what i'm looking for, but maybe some more like that. I haven't seen much else being done with neogeo roms like this. MUGEN has this to some extent, but I want to play it on my xbox with kawa-x. (plus i'm a little confused about mugen running on windows)

Well, there are color and boss hacks, but nothing that adds new characters or hacks current characters. There are also some hacks that mess with the weapons set up in Metal Slug. You can grab these kinda hacks from Dream Generation.

It's unfortunate that there really aren't any tools to hack sprite graphics for the Neo Geo. If there were, maybe we'd see some more cthd style hacks.
