i l l m a t i c Posted April 21, 2004 Share Posted April 21, 2004 how do you guys use a cdr or cdrw to transfer your roms and emulators to your xbox? what kind of format does it have to be? iso, audio? udf?? Vermillion Posted April 21, 2004 Share Posted April 21, 2004 If you still have the original Xbox DVD-Rom drive you'll have to build an xISO disc of the files you want and then burn that ISO with any standard CD-Burning software. You have to see if your DVD-ROM will accept CD-Rs as most of them don't and some drives are finicky with different brands of media. Once that's done, you should be able to read the disc in the Xbox and you can use any standard file manager to transfer them (like Boxplorer or UnleashX's built in File Manager).
