I heard that 3rd Strike will be emulated on MAME by 2005.

Where did you acquire this information?

i dont remember the links i got it from but there were about 4 different websites.

AFAIK, they've yet to dump the ROM in the cartridge needed for decryption. Last I heard, Guru fried his. I don't know if he got a new one or not or if someone else had dumped it.
