Cominus Posted May 8, 2004 Posted May 8, 2004 How do i upload an emulator to my xbox, like how do i install the emulator? I have the Avalaunch thing.
Inky Posted May 9, 2004 Posted May 9, 2004 2 ways. either ftp it to your xbox. but since you sayed before that you don't have a nic that's out. so get yourself some good cd-rw maybe cd-r if you got a newer xbox. find gamecops post about disc drives for pics of each drawer to find out what you have. or just make a cd-r of music and see if it plays on your box. next is to make an xiso out of your emulator files. there are some good faqs on this stuff over at xbox-scene. you should go check em out. they will answer most of your questions. but in short. burn your iso. put it in the xbox but don't boot it. then use the file manager in avalaunch to move the files from the cd to your E: drive. you need to have a folder called "games" in there make a folder with the emu name and move all teh files from the disc to that file. it's not hard.
Prican25 Posted May 9, 2004 Posted May 9, 2004 look in the xml of avalaunch and you'll see how its setup and where you can put it. you can always edit the xml but i highly suggest using AvaConfig as it makes things a lot easier. it can be found in xbox-scene tools
