How To Make.bin Files

Hi

 

Im trying to patch some ntsc psx games that i have bought overseas, since my mod doesnt play ntsc in colour i need to find a way to make bin files so i can patch them for pal.

 

any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

Grab CDRWin for GoldenHawk Technologies (I think). You can grab the software and link from CDMediaWorld.
