random guy Posted May 27, 2004 Share Posted May 27, 2004 Sounds to me like nothing more than a marketing decision that will happen to have a positive effect on the gaming industry - WB doesn't care if we only have crappy games to play, they just care that if enough people criticize, say, enter the matrix for example, then some people will start to say, 'well, the game was crappy, I guess the movies must be crappy too'! And then they won't pay to see the movie. But then again, if that means less really crappy games get onto the market, then I suppose it's a good thing.
