Well the error you got indicates that there's something wrong with the cd you're trying to rip from, in which case there's not much you can do. In general you can rip backups with the default Discjuggler settings without problems.

 

So try to rip another game and see if that works, if so you can be 100% sure the other cd is messed up. My advice would to simply download the game again.
