I guess my title says it. Anyone know how? Or is CPS3 emulator and roms are out? Or is there other ways of making animations without roms?

i guess that if you had atv capture card you can record a movie and then edit it frame per frame

i still think about that way being a good one you just gotta find a sort of plane background with colors different from the char, that ways things are easy
