We have 4 of our staff members, including me testing it out. So far, very good work. We have fixed some bugs as well and it's working great!

Yep it's good stuff! I will also confirm that this works! I got a 40+ fps increase on average. The only drawback is that this increases the speed on your ENTIRE PC thus throwing the audio out of whack.

Yeah, Speedpig kicks ass, i found out(may not apply to all) that it doesn't work on some games on my system.

 

Edit: the games may vary between everyone, it might work, it might not.

Well yeah, in games where the emulator has severe slowdown to begin with, it simply just doesn't have a big effect. Where games DO run fullspeed for people with fast systems and the emulator runs it properly is where you will notice huge speed gains.

I don't suppose your team could make an addon that lets you save the size of the screen could you?

 

This would help rippers out alot.

 

The 2 main sizes we need are 640X480 and 768X448.

 

It gets really annoying having to find the right size each time

That would be a "hack" of the original binaries if I recall, this pack is just a utilities. Nothing harms the original code of the emulator.

Obviously if they actually have to hack the engine to do it I do not want it.

But if there was a patch that could be made to simply maintain the screen at a certain size... even just one of the two... it would be very useful.
