The game has to be patched up to work on NTSC screens(which run at 60Hz). 50Hz is the PAL region's TV resolution.

 

While some games have an option to change it. Games that have only come out in 1 region need a VGA or a S-cart cable to convert the signals from NTSC to PAL and vice-versa.

But the game wouldn't even run if he's using PAL on NTSC.

 

And I'm pretty sure my MOTW is all synced up. I'll check it out when I go home and I know its an Echelon rip.

the version of Space vhannel 5 i downloaded ran in 50Hz, and was out of sync, I used a thing called adr patcher to convert it to 60Hz. you may be able to get it from megagames?
