Need Slow Down Some Games In Mame32

Is there any chance to slow down some games (such Street Fighter: The Movie, Dragon Ball Z 2) in the Mame32? I didn`t find any option in the Mame32 for speed. Can you help me?

press F10 while in game and see what that does.

if this does help start Mame32 then click option then default Game options make sure the throttle is checked.
