Wizard
There should be a thread in the Current Affairs, somewhere o.o I say anything before November 2000 is good. Don't ask me, HK-30001(?is that right?) models should be good. I'm lazy (and don't want to mess up my desk) to check my model number.

Gryph
HKT-3020 read backups. HKT-3030s don't. But most are 3020s anyway.
Jitx
I thought the scene had come to the conclusion that ALL models could read back ups.

Shibathedog told me that HKT-3030s don't because those have an upgraded firmware that doesn't let it read CD-Rs. If all Dreamcasts do read backups, I stand corrected. I don't know, but he told me twice to stay away from the HKT-3030 so I did.
