A Unique Chanka Problem?

ok i'm having a rather odd problem with chanka, i need to know if anyone else is having this problem. Some games like 3rd Strike.... run very slow, it looks like someone hit the slow-mo button. I can see almost every frame lol... But here is the weird thing, my Framerate is pretty high, i get about 45-70 fps. it just looks like its in slow-motion. Does anyone else have this problem or heard of this? Anyone with a fix? Appreciate any help anyone can give. thx in advance. my system specs are as follows:

Could it be because of the GeForce3? Have you enabled the Capcom hack?

capcom hack is enabled, could be the GF3 but i hear chanka is much more processor dependent then vid card tho.

re-install chankast... then play chankast with nothing in background running.... i had same problem... it should work after...
