Agozer
While I'm at it, does a working copy of Diggerman for NRx exist? All the ones I've found will let you insert coins, but the start button doesn't want to work. No, such a thing does not exist. Same goes with V-Liner and a few other less known Neo-Geo games. Daeval
Ok, two more, last ones I promise. Does a compatibility list for NRx.8c exist so that I can avoid asking all this little annoying stuff (like kof2K and diggerman, etc)? Googling for this has yeilded nothing but countless "news" pages. Does a converter exist for.bin to.rom format? I have something called redump, but it only works on a handful of roms. Thanks again for being so helpful (and patient) with a n00b! Sybarite Paladin AxL
redump only converts old mgd2 dumps to rom ones! not bin dumps! Also go to Agozer 2nd site and dl the latest EGCG NRX! It's the best you can find and some of yer probs might go away! Also before using it be sure that any of your roms aren't mgd2 dumps (alot of numbers and letters like this 3ef2r232xw32.2a4)Use redump to convert them to rom dumps
Agozer
I wouldn't use EGCG for all games for a number of reasons: 1) The Universe BIOS does not work with it2) Garou prototype does not work in it without a special patch.3) Does not read MGD2 dumps. I don't bother using redump either. You can simply rename the bins to roms (provided that the romsets is a decrypted one). EDIT: And change - to _ I only use EGCG for Samurai Spirits Zero, SNK Vs. Capcom and Metal Slug 5.0.8c for everything else....and of course a special hack for KOF2003. Edited June 22, 2004 by Agozer

Agozer
Back to the topic, is there any plan to create a nrx that runs all the games?Nope, unless the EGCG Team works out all the bugs in their releases (including the Universe BIOS one) and brings back MGD2 support.
