Vmu Help!

I use Chankast V0.2a to emulate DC.I can play DC games but I can't understand how can I save my games.I try Wmsbrowser to save.When I run it I press WRİTE VMS.BİN.It creates VMS.BİN into Chankast folder.I can do only these things.What should I do to save my games after that time.Someone tells me format the bios.But I can't do this.Because when I run Chankast I can see 3 menus(RUN,OPTIONS,HELP).I don't know English very well.Please explain this very detailed.

Format the VMU unit in the bios screen. To get there, boot chankast without a game. From there choose the VMU unit and press A, choose the card, and select the format option.
