Gryph Posted July 1, 2004 Posted July 1, 2004 It's BS. It's just a KOF2003 hack. It's really misleading to call it KOF2004. But you can use Kawaks 1.48 Dev, a certain Mame32plus, and a special NeoRageX hack.
