Is there a program that record a part of the screen to an animated GIF file?

I have a prog called Screen Recorder Gold that I have never used but I know it can capture the screen and output to avi. Also it allows u to record full screen, windows or a specific area of the screen that u need.

 

ps It is only 433kb so I could send it no probs

You can download it from their official site @ http://www.capture-screen.com/
