James Posted July 5, 2004 Posted July 5, 2004 The bootleg kof2003b now has transparencies which works in FBA and Mame.
Xeon Posted July 5, 2004 Posted July 5, 2004 (edited) i have it too in s1 rom format we all know, and it doesnt need shiznit terminologies like alpha blending and tools like photatoshop and whatnot you need to know how to compile FBA and/or MAME though, but with that out of the way, its as easy as snap. James Posted July 5, 2004 Author Posted July 5, 2004 (edited) In the Arcades? Smells like bootlegs. Have you seen the proper kof2003 in the Arcades ? From what I understand the data to get this new S rom was taken from the C roms of kof2003 PCB which is in the kawaks dev which uses no s rom Edited July 5, 2004 by James

Xeon Posted July 5, 2004 Posted July 5, 2004 (edited) im seeing Time Zone arcades here (Philippines) which i believe comes from Australia (where James come from if i remember correctly). i havent actually seen KOF2003 from a Time Zone arcade center here (as there arent a lot of those) but i believe establishments like those cant really go for bootleg boards being established and all.
