Information for Rage of the Dragons

My copy of Rage of the Dragons doesn't work correctly. Everything except sound and music work. It's really irritating and I would like to fix it. Can someone please post the crc information and rom size for their fully working version of the game.

- P1 crc32 B8CC969D doesn't work with the former NRX ;

-.bin ext. become.rom with all the former NRX ;

- the names of the decrypted Cs roms 'R the Cart ID with FBa & Mame (rotdn_cX.rom becomes 264-cXd.bin).

Thank you very much. It's a lot of information. I'll read slowly to make sure what i have and what I need. I was wondering if the m1 rom could cause a sound issue.

Most sound issues are usually the M1's fault. If not, then it's the V's.

Really! Interesting. Could someone post a link or send me their working m1 rom then.

Nevermind. I used a hexeditor to change the m1 and its exactly the same as the ones listed above and it still sounds bad. Must be v roms.

http://galeon.com/noestaqui/utils/rotd_m1.zip That m1 's 264-m1d.bin 128 Kb crc32 EBAEC46F, it's an overdump.

To get the proper m1d, just split that m1 in 2 x 64 Kb, then, keep m1d 64 Kb crc32 E5F42E7D & add 64 Kb (dummy file [00 00 00 until the end]) => m1d 128 Kb crc32 362C8D96.

whoops! My bad. Just downloaded it. I'll try it and see if it works.

Sadly it didn't work. It really must be my v roms. My version of fbaxxx only recognizes two versions of Rage of the Dragons. rotd and rotdn. Both versions need 4 V roms and according to the information above I have the right crc32. So now I'm more confused than before, and I'm telling you I was pretty confused before.

Just split the 2 Vs roms : 264-v1.bin crc32 FA005812 & 264-v2.bin crc32 C3DC8BF0 in 2 x 4 Mb (each) to get the 4 decrypted Vs : 264-v1d.bin crc32 5C77A3FE, 264-v2d.bin crc32 A9B7AF14, 264-v3d.bin crc32 17AFF92A & 264-v4d.bin crc32 BC6A091E.

When I downloaded rotd it came with 4 V roms already but none of them have the crc32 you just mentioned. By the way, thanks for helping me.
